Staff Bios

Jim Wagner

Principal consultant with over 30 years of EPA registration experience including having worked for the US Environmental Protection Agency (Washington DC), Zeneca Ag Products and Syngenta Crop Protection. Jim’s areas of expertise include EPA registration of both generic and proprietary compounds and products, coordinating registration data testing at contract laboratories, data compensation, FIFRA task forces, and due diligence for product and company acquisitions and mergers. Jim has a B.S. degree in Agriculture.

Cheryl Wagner

Principal consultant with over 20 years of EPA and state registration experience at WRA and Zeneca Ag Products. Cheryl's areas of expertise include EPA and State registrations of pesticide and fertilizer products. Cheryl is responsible for the business and staff management at WRA. She serves as a board member with The Alternative Board with other Delaware business owners. She holds a B.A. degree in Psychology.

Catherine Marie Byrd

Regulatory Associate. Catherine is responsible for federal registration submissions and approvals. She has a B.A. degree in Environmental Sciences and has experience as an Environmental Consultant. She is certified as an Environmental Inspector and Consultant through the Environmental Assessment Association.

Barbarette Young-Henry

State Registration Associate. Barbarette manages state registration of pesticides and fertilizers in the continental US and territories. She manages the preparation and submission of tonnage reports for fertilizer products. She holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing/Business Administration from Delaware State University, and has over 15 years experience in marketing, communications, and quality assurance. She is skilled in project management and in developing tactical plans to enhance new and existing customer relationships.

Lori Kohler

Regulatory Associate. Lori has a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Product Development and most recently worked as an intern in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and quality assurance. Lori helps our clients with both EPA and State registrations.

Karen Boyce

Administrative Assistant. Karen insures that the flow of paper and information within our office is efficiently organized and maintained.
