Fertilizer Registration & Licensing

Fertilizer products are subject to licensure and registration by state regulatory authorities. Each of the 50 states and U.S. territories has a unique set of license and registration requirements. Wagner Regulatory Associates offers the following services:

Tonnage Reporting

In addition to registration and licensing, each state has requirements completing tonnage reports. Tonnage reports are due monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, depending on each state’s requirements. Wagner Regulatory Associates, Inc. will prepare and submit tonnage reports for you.
