Nov 17, 2011 - EPA, Canada PMRA and Mexico pesticide officials are holding a 1 day workshop at EPA offices in Washington DC: "NAFTA Workshop on Biopesticides Regulation". WRA will participate in the workshop.

October 20, 2011 - EPA approved registration of the new biopesticide product containing Trichoderma asperellum strain T34. The registration dossier was prepared and submitted by WRA.

October 2011 - EPA has just activated an on-line searchable database for pesticide inert ingredients (co-formulants). Go to the WRA Link page to try it.

September 2011 - WRA will be participating in a Label Quality Workshop at EPA on September 21, 2011. This single day workshop will focus on improving the quality of labels submitted to the Registration Division at EPA.

August 15, 2011 - Catherine is participating in the pesticide registration fees coalition subteam on behalf of CPDA. The coalition consists of members of industry and trade associations working together to represent the pesticide industry before the EPA.

August 1, 2011 - Catherine Byrd of WRA is representing the Chemical Producers and Distributors Association (CPDA) in a Confidential Statement of Formula (CSF) workgroup that includes EPA and other trade associations. This workgroup meets once a month through the end of 2011. The workgroup is working on creating ways to streamline and enhance efficiency of preparing and reviewing statements of product formulas.
